Cofrin's Deb Anderson Receives Founders Award

Deb Anderson(bottom row center), coordinator of the David A. Cofrin Library Special Collections department, is the recipient of the 2006 Founders award for excellence in academic support. Deb's commitment to the University and the wider community is evident in her many endeavors. Her relentless efforts to bring history to life include her involvement in: National History Day, Voyageur magazine, cultivating the Area Research Center, fostering relationships with students and faulty, and much, much more.

UW Madison UB up

The upgrade to UW Madison's catalog is now successfully completed, and you can once again place your UB requests for items in their collections.

Campus Outages

Wednesday August 16th: Passprint, the VTS, and photocopier card readers will be down most of the day.

Friday, August 18th: 12 a.m.-4 a.m. All computer systems including e-mail and internet access will be unavailable.

Saturday August 19th: Total campus power outage from 6 a.m.-6 p.m. in all academic buildings; may be switched to Sunday August 20th.

UW Madison & UB

For the week of August 14th-20th, because UW Madison is upgrading their catalog, you will NOT be able to request or renew items through UB (universal borrowing). You may still use the ILLiad interlibrary loan system to request books from Madison. Please consult with our Circulation Department staff if you have an item coming due that needs to be renewed.
