LibQUAL+ Survey Results

During spring 2004 most of the UW libraries, including Cofrin Library, participated in the LibQUAL+ survey offered by the Association of Research Libraries. The survey tool helps libraries “solicit, track, understand, and act upon users’ opinions of service quality.” Library staff members reviewed survey responses and additional comments and developed action plans for this academic year. Overall students, staff, and faculty are satisfied with the service and attention provided by the Cofrin Library staff. However, increasing our print and electronic collection was an area identified as needing more attention. For the complete results see the LibQUAL+ 2004 Survey Report.
